This years IPL in South Africa has been totally different that what we witnessed last time around. last time around it was a run feast, but this time it seems it is going to be Bowlers IPL, what with the bowlers figures looking like 4-1-5-5, now those are astonishing figures for T20 game.
But thats the fact, the south african pitches seem to be bowler friendly and its not going to be easy for the batsmen to score runs here.
Even the points table look very different from what they looked last year. The teams that did well last year seem to have lost there way in this seasons IPL. But the teams that did not do well last time seem to be doing very well and the points table are reflecting exactly that
Teams like Deccan Chargers, Mumbai Indians are doing extremely well, whereas top teams of Last year Rajasthan Royals and Kings Punjab eleven and Chennai Super Kings have had very bad starts and have already lost there matches.
Rajasthan Royals, Kolkata Knight Riders, Kings XI Punjab, Delhi Daredevils, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Chennai Superkings, Deccan Chargers and Mumbai Indians and their postition, points, matches won, lost, net run rate and more in IPL 2009.
